Option 1
Space only -
£170 British Pounds per m2 + VAT (where applicable)
You are responsible for constructing your own stand and for payment to a structural surveyor for plan authorisation. Any construction over 4m high, (complex structures) will be subject to an additional charge of £500 for up to 50m2 and £1000 for sizes above 50m2.

Option 2
Space with carpet and shell scheme -
£195 British Pounds per m2 + VAT (where applicable)
Includes walls, carpet, spotlights and name board. Minimum size 6 m2
Option 3
Fitted stand (ready made) -
£225 British Pounds per m2 + VAT (where applicable)
Includes walls, carpet, basic furniture, display equipment, name board,
spot lights and 500w electric socket. Minimum size 9m2
Option 4
Upgraded shell scheme stands, with more individual design and your logo are available.
Index Group can make your stand more individual but base it on a shell scheme structure. (See pictures below for examples). Prices and further details available from the supplier, Index Group Ltd. For this option you purchase space only at £170 British Pounds + VAT, from the organizer.

The stand is designed and purchased direct from Index at additional cost.

All other terms and conditions form part of the booking contract and will be issued with the contract and payment invoice.
For all bookings, a minimum of 50% of the stand or space fee will be charged to secure the booking. Within this first payment, there will be a deposit amount of 30% of the value of the stand / space booked, this deposit is non refundable, should an exhibitor subsequently wish to reduce the space booked or cancel entirely.
Should application for registration be accepted, the applicant will receive an invoice for payment of part, or all of the stand fee and a registration fee for each company exhibiting on the stand, of £80. Registration includes, company details entered in the show guide and on the online exhibitor list, unlimited number of exhibitor badges and unlimited number of complimentary invitations for free entry to the show for their guests.
All prices are net.
Statutory V.A.T. at 20% will be charged on invoices to UK based companies and EU companies unable to supply a VAT number, all other exhibitors (those outside the EU) do not have to pay VAT.
