ISN Kitchen

All exhibitors are invited to use the ISN Kitchen to cook their produce in a demonstration for visitors. Appliances and kitchen helpers will be provided. Each participant will be given one and a half hours in the kitchen. The name of the exhibitor will be announced on the PA system when the session begins.

Sessions are free, and must be booked in advance.
